People react to images in a different way from mere words.

Once upon a time all messages were written or just spoken. Images were expensive and used sparingly. Media has expanded today to include the moving image and tomorrow will bring full interactivity and artificial intelligence.

Marketing Psychology:

The difference between winning and losing will be knowing how people process information they receive and act on it.  Marketing psychology provides the key.

There are some clues already. Nobel Laureate Daniel Kahneman has identified some root causes in decision making. It’s not about manipulation; it’s using an understanding of behaviour to create better experiences and results for you and your customers. Marketing psychology helps you communicate more effectively, recognising what it is to be human - and to be a consumer.

Video stories:

Video has huge power.

People love stories and if you present them well your customers will engage with you.  Stories are powerful because in life we experience the same universal emotions. Video is taking over the web because it is the closest thing to reality. Now interactive video allows you to create stories that customers can share in. It’s no longer passive.

Create stories that get your customers reaching out to you.
